The product is good I did read that is a wool when opened package, I did use when it's to cold for me outside where I Work with forklift or other Job outside on Lower setings You do not notice Heat, I have Work shoes from Bangood And have steel cap , And can be cold in it so this helps a lot also, the Work shoes are still in Great shape, I have Blue And Brown one was on one And one was in another part of the company, I use heating on Max then when warm enough then Lower the heating element/setings, I do not have picture on this New phone, It helps s lot, And right decision to buy even tough I did not know it was wool, it says i package description, the battery life usualy forgot about it when I Work, mybe around 5 or 6 hours on Lower Heat, I did not measure but it Will be good to have two aditional battery, I did measure capacity the picture was on another phone that i can not can't charge the battery on that phone, I did charge both And it's around 8000mah each 4000mah a little bit less, Thanks Bangood
